The Society's collections are available by appointment. We are actively growing our archives and welcome donations of historical items, photographs, and documents related to the Tri-Hamlet area. Please contact us to arrange a visit or to discuss a potential donation.
Our photograph collection documents the people, places, and events of Moriches, Mastic, Mastic Beach, and Shirley across more than a century. Many images were identified in collaboration with the Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Community Library.
Seven volumes and counting in our ongoing series documenting the history of the Mastic Peninsula. Topics range from early settlement to the 20th century, notable families, and community life. Available at meetings and fundraising events.
Deeds, census records, letters, and other primary source documents related to the history of the Mastic area. The Society works to identify, digitize, and preserve paper records at risk of deterioration.
